Replacement parts

Does anyone know where to get replacement parts for the mBot?
I need a new wheel motor the plastic hub that holds the wheel on has broken off.

Hi,is it the holder on the motor itself on which you attach the wheel and screw it?If so,Makeblock provides 2 of those replacement holders and a instruction card on how to replace them with every mBot.I attached a photo how it looks like.

I need additional replacements as my son has already broken his on the first day. Any idea where I can get them?

There are two spare motor shaft in the mBot package. Are all of them broken?

Hi Tech Support,

Our newly purchased mBot got stepped on and both wheels broke at the motor shaft. I’ve used both of the spare motor shafts which were provided in our kit.

Is it possible to order this spare part separately?

No, we don’t have that spare part available for sell individually. There is only the motor available for sell individually.
