I bought the Laserbox Rotary. The 1st time I tried to perform routine maintenance, small magnets came out attached to the first mirror I removed. I did not realize they were loose pieces. I wrapped the mirror in my lint free cloth as I opened my bottle of alcohol. I ended up losing two magnets and scratching my mirror before realizing that there were loose pieces attached to the mirror. So far we have had zero success with the laserbox and now have damaged parts. So frustrated with this machine I’m really regretting the purchase!
