Red light on Filter says it needs changing

I only Recently purchased my laserbox, it’s done about six hours work, mainly car cardboard at the moment. I now get the red light from the filter and on screen pop-up saying it needs changing. Is this some sort of firmware/software glitch that needs fixing.
The annoying thing is the Filter stops filtering when the red light comes on making it impossible do use unless one removes the filter box from the filter.
Anyone got any clues on what to do about this?
Or is there a update coming out soon?

Hello Unclefish, sorry about the inconvenience. Please provide the following information and send to support@makeblock.com so that we can help you solve it:

  1. Where did you buy this Laserbox from? Better with an order number
  2. SN code of the Laserbox(usually on the back of the machine, near the power cable)
  3. Take a screenshot of the Laserbox software page of device in setting(setting-Device-Firmware)
