Read digital pin is giving "===" and using 1 as string to compare

Hi all,

For some reason with the latest update read digital pin and the “=” comparison block is creating triple === in the arduino c code. Also, it is comparing to string “1”.
The problem is with the default blocks, Is there any way to fix it?
