Ranger does not go straight

Hi @tech_support

my mbot ranger does not go perfectly straight but goes rather to the right side. This is due to the assembled parts, which are basically not aligned perfectly. If I remove the chains from the wheel, the mbot wiggles on a plain surface. I have also aligned the wheel as good as possible, but it is impossible for the robot to go actually straight. What do you suggest? Send it back and order a new one?

Sounds like damaged components, either the motors are running at different speeds, or your wheels are on at an odd angle for some reason, (perhaps a bad moulding?) I’d send it back for a replacement if it’s fairly obvious that there’s a manufacturing defect.
