Ranger connects, then disconnects, beeps, and connects again?

I am trying to use my Mbot with the mobile app. I can connect and use the app for about 30 seconds and then it won’t work. I can see a light on the Arduino light up every time I push a button on the app but nothing happens. After a couple minutes I hear a “beep” from the Arduino and then it will work again. The cycle then repeats.

I have updated the firmware (on my mac) and the app, and I’ve inserted fresh batteries.However I am still have the same issue. I am completely lost, please help!

Hi Dimariaben,

What kind of battery do you use? Do you have rechargeable Li-ion battery give a try.
Besides, please also check if the tracks on the wheels are too tight.
