Projects not uploading to my mBot!

So yesterday i wanted to upload/transfer my project to the mBot, it said it was successful but it didn’t upload and there was an old project still there, I even used another usb cable but no difference. I use mBlock 5.0 and i have mBot with Bluetooth module, Windows 10 pro…

Did you select mBot as device? by default it is Code Rockey

i did, i did even connect it and it said everything is successful

Hello Luke,
Please try:

  1. Check battery;
  2. You may update the software to mBlock 5.1; Reset mBot in mBlock 5.1 with USB cable connection;
  3. Test again, and I sent you a documentation to test the mCore.
  4. Was it working before? When and where did you purchase it?
  5. If everything looks fine still, please take a video of your testing process and send me the via https://transfer.pcloud.com/
