Project lost after computer crash

Hi,

I’m very satisfayed of Makeblock product (Starter Kit) and have fun time playing with it.

But today, I encountered two issues :

First, my computer, running Win 10 up to date, crashes frequently after plugging mBot Starter Kit by USB. Most of times, it reboots and it’s ok, but this time, the second issue : all the project I used is empty after opening it.

I checked in temporary files to find something before the crash, and found files which the name of my project, and correct date and time. (folder named : build[xxxx…xxxx].tmp).

So, my questions are : is it possible to restore the project by using this temp folder ? How can I fix the crash issue ?

  1. Would you please describe how the crash issue happen? Can you take a short video to show that for me?
    Is there any antivirus on this windows 10?
    Tried another PC that has same crash problem?
    Have you also installed mBlock 5 on the windows 10?

  2. May I know the path of temporary file?
