It seems me, that the repeat until d’ont work properly. :

I didn’t have a problem with the code snippet below:
I also replaced the when clicked block with the mBot program block and uploaded it with the same results.
If you are getting really odd results, refreshing the firmware with Upgrade Firmware from the Connect menu often solves a multitude of problems.
