Problems with mbot2 firmware update - Solved

Hi,
I connect my mbot2 from my pc (Mac) through USB and that works (using mblock 5)
Than when I choose the highlighted update it indicates that it cannot perform the update.
I try to follow instructions of May 21 but the mbot2 extension is not available, I see it but I can’t add.
Do you have some idea why?
