Hello, I’m new to this group after we bought my son the Mbot2 for Christmas. We’ve downloaded the software to the PC but can’t connect CyberPi to the PC. I’ve checked in device manager and definitely have COM3 uploaded but keep getting the message ‘searching for COM…’ when we click on the connect button. I’m not very knowledgeable about IT so this is a nightmare for me.

Are you using Windows or macOS? You can try the online version as well:

Make sure the app has access to serial ports and Bluetooth. Sometimes, you may have to click the ‘Show all connectable devices’ option in case the mBot Neo is not recognized as a default device.
