May I know more details about the problem? The motionblock doesn’t work at beginning or it was working but stop work suddently?
Besides, is it possible to take a video to show your operation and problem phenomenon on the robot. You can send the video to email address daisy@makeblock.com viawetransfer website.
Also, if the problem is one of the servo doesn’t rotate, please change exchange location of the issue servo with the other servo have a check.
