Problem running mBlock_v3.4.12 on Mac Mojave

I downloaded the new mBlock 3.4.12 version but can’t run it. System Preferences Security and Privacy won’t let it open. This is true even when choosing Allow running aps from *Anywhere (after entering my password. How do I allow it to run? Also, since the introduction of Mojave, there is a blue colorwheel that runs for many seconds when opening Makeblock, 3.4.11. Is this a problem that the program is still not 32-bit compatible? Perhaps tech can help here. Thanks for any input on this. Eric Frank
