I’ve several codey Rocky units and we’re having problems with one of them while charging. The red charge led located in the top pf Codey Rock is blinking all the time and the unit is not charging. If I switch on the robot a battery empty image appears. What’s the matter?

How long do you use that Codey Rocky,it seems that CodeyRocky is broke base on your description,can you share a detail video to support mail support@makeblock.com,after checking on the video we will check if you can fix it or not.
