Hi @arment, I too feel somewhat deceived by Makeblock because they must have known they shipped large number of faulty units to their distributors and some pre-emptive action would be a fair thing to do. I also feel that the issue wasn’t well communicated after they found it It is fair to voice your frustration with the product (as a number of us did elsewhere).
That said, please do not use all-caps. It sounds immature, there are more constructive ways to Makeblock some feedback.
