Plotter wont work

I have the plotter assembled finally… but when I try to use benbox and engrave an image, it does NOTHING. I updated the firmware and still nothing. I read something about a Gcode also I did download those files but I’m at a loss right now and it’s getting me frustrated! All of my lights on the motor and switch boards are red… on main board one red and one blue light. I have the Orion board.
