Piezo issue on ME BaseBoard Leonardo?

I’m trying to get some noise out of the piezo since last November, but can’t found any solution yet. Offcourse tried the BaseBoardBuzzerTest from the library and many-many other possible solution without progress.

Have somebody tried it before? I also can’t find posts about this topic.
As far as i know it should give a beep-beep style noise or at least something.

I’m starting to get suspicious that the board is faulty.

Hi @corelx,

You could find a little switch to control the piezo, turn it off and it would not bother you again :smile:

Thanks, but my board doesn’t have a switch there,
just a resistor(or diode).

The version must be very old… Do you have a soldering tool? You could use it to take the buzzer out…

Yes i’ve, but it’s only a few months old kit.
So i would not bother with soldering, instead i send it back maybe.
