Order still says "Awaiting Fulfillment" order number 49313

Hi,
I order some parts 10 days back, but my order still says “Awaiting Fulfillment”. My order number is 49313. I sent a mail, but no reply. I tried to contact the number listed in the website, but no one is picking up. I need the parts soon. Not sure if it will ever get delivered.

Well, Chinese (Lunar) New Year is over and folks should be getting back to work. I’d give it a couple of days and then drop @tec_support an email.

Sorry for the delay, we have just got back from spring festival holiday.
As for your email, I see my colleague Srin had replied you on this Monday, do you receive it now?
