Order status

Can someone give me a status on Order #22508? It’s been in awaiting to be shipped for quite some time.

Hello Christine,

Sorry for our late shipment.

The root reasons is one of your ordered parts ( 60008 ) is out of stocks recently , so we provide three options as below:

  1. Can you accept we delivery all of your ordered mechanical parts from blue color to gold version, we can arrange the shipment tomorrow upon got your confirmation. Or we can just change one part ( 60008) to gold version ( 60009) if you insist.

  2. Or you can delivery the balance parts to you in advance and combine the shortage one into your new orders shipment.

  3. Can you wait for the shipment until 22/Sep.

Option 1 please. Color is not important.

Option 1. You can swap the one part or ship all gold. Doesn’t matter.
