Hello - I have sent an email to you regarding my new kit (purchased from Radio Shack) that has what I believe are defective motors.
The tank will move forward and backwards but will not turn at all if on the ground. If I lift the tank and there is no resistance to the tracks, they will turn.
Motors can be turned by hand but one seems easier than the other.
Is a video mandatory? If so, I’ll have to upload one to vimeo and send it to you.
Please let me kow if you will be replacing these motors. Very disappointing for such an expensive kit.
