Basically, if you want to find some product related information, you can try these steps:

Aha! Life! Many thanks.

But you would have happier customers if MakeBlock was more often in these forums, rather than leaving us to thrash around with no help from you for days and days.

And a MakeBlock employee also sent me some help, for which many thanks, but it was too little too late. Here’s my reply:

Thanks for the indications. But while the hardware is good the support is slow and awful. And without support your customers will find alternative suppliers.

You see, we, your customers, have to learn how to do things without your support, because your documents are old or wrong and scattered all over the internet. You have an instructables.com page full of incorrect diagrams and incorrect instructions on how to construct the XY-Plotter V2.

So if we learn how to make the MakeBlock kits without your help, (and you force us to do that) then we also learn, at the same time, how to make our own machines without MakeBlock entirely.

In a strange way you are educating your customers out of a need for MakeBlock!
