New mBlock v3.3.1 serial port issues

I’ve connected my mBot wifi 2.4 with cable to a USB port. i see the “com3” when connecting. its marked as it should be after i press it.
When i then go to upgrade firmware or reset or upload. it says “Uploading 0%” then it disconnects the serial port and keep saying “uploading 0%”.

Worked fine with mBot bluetooth by cable.

Hi Jimmy_493,

Please remove the 2.4G module from mBot, then Upgrade the firmware have a check.
