Neuron App + iPad

Hey,

Seeing that the app was last updated over a year ago. Is there going to be a new update as my students can’t play the videos in iOS 15 but work fine in iOS 14. My school will not return to 14 though. Any possibilities of an app update?

Hi aewells,

I am on version 15.3.1 IOS and I confirm your problem. To help Makeblock fix it, here’s what I see.

  1. The project with video works for the versions I downloaded in the past.
  2. Videos are not working for the projects I upload today.

Conclusion: It may not be the IOS version the problem but the type of video available now. They may have changed and IOS version 14 was able to read both formats while version 15 is not able.
