Depends on what you plan to do!
If you’re a beginner, go ahead and download mBlock, Makeblock’s Scratch parallel. It’s a visually based programming language and is great for beginners.
If you’re more experienced, I would reccomend doing it the old fashioned way with the programming language Arduino.
