Need Help! serial port option didn't work

i compiled the mblock successfully but when i click on serial port option it didn’t show me the ports can anyone please help me

Hi Lara,

Have you installed the Arduino driver on the PC? Which Makeblock robot do you use and which version mBlock you are using?
Besides, may I know the operating system of your PC?

Yes @tec_support i installed it in my PC … i use Arduino bot and mblock version is 3.2.2 and my operating system is windows.

Please kindly use the mBlock 3.3.1, since we have published the mBlock 3.3.1, we will only keep maintaining for the new version.

The code for mBlock 3.3.1 hasn’t been announced since we are still under the process of gathering the customer’s feedback while using mBlock 3.3.1
