Need a "report spam" button?

Now that spam seems to be on the rise in this forum do we need a button against each message to quickly report it to a moderator? Or are the moderators on here often enough to deal with it themselves?

I think all the moderators are in the same time zone, so even you you flag a post as spam now, it would take about ten hours before they are in their office…

The solution will be to don’t auto show the new post, enable moderation for new post or reply so the spam will go alone because never get a hit, we must wait some hours to see replies on forums but we don’t see spam

The spam is really a headache for us. We are trying to solve this problem recently. We will deal with this problem as soon as possible…
