My mbot ranger won’t move with the tracks on

Yesterday when I had assembled my mbot ranger it was working perfectly fine. However today I realized that for some reason the tracks on the mbot were restricting its movements, barely traveling an inch. After I took off the tracks to test the engine everything looks like it was in order and the wheels moved fine. But when I put the tracks back on it wouldn’t budge again. Someone please help me :pray:t3:

Hi PinkTay, according to your description, I think it could be the problem of improper installation. I would suggest that you check the assemble of your Ranger strictly according to the instruction manual, make sure to put every screw and every beam into the right position, then try again.

Also replace your batteries. The additional drag could be a problem if charge is low.
