My laserbox will not complete a project

My laserbox will not complete any designs, it stops after about 30 seconds. There are no error codes, it just says project was canceled (no I didn’t press anything) I have tried it on many designs, both from the software and my own.
*update- fixed problem by uninstalling/reinstalling software and redoing the firmware update.
