Missing USB connection

Hello,

I just bought and assembled an XY Plotter (V.2) and downloaded the mdraw software. I´m running a windows 8.1 version on my laptop and receive no USB connection. As soon as I try to update mdraw it shuts down and I have to restart. So what am I doing wrong?

I would really appreciate your help.

Have you installed the Arduino Driver on the computer? If no, please install it. You can download from this link: http://learn.makeblock.com/learning-arduino-programming/

Check the XY plotter’s serial port under device manager:

Select the correct serial port for your XY plotter on the mDraw software:
