Missing Bluetooth adapter from mBot kit

If the Bluetooth adaptor was missing from the shipment of mBots (same for both mBots), who should I contact to receive the missing kit?
I’ve tried all comments and contact boards including emailing directly and so far no one at Makeblock has replied. Disappointed!
