Me shutter in Arduino works, how does it work in Scratch?

I can’t get the Me shutter to work in Scratch. In Arduino IDE i’ve got the focusOn, focusOff, shotOn and shotOff functions, but i can’t find those in Scratchbot. Am i correct? Is this something you will implement in MBlock?
