Me Orion Problem

Hi,
I have a Me Orion board which has stepper motors, limit switches, and analog to digital converters connected to it. The problem that I am facing is that every time I plug the USB cable from the Orion board to my computer, my computer’s cursor begins to jump and click things, overall the entire computer becomes response less. I have tried removing all the motors, switches, and analog to digital converters, but it seems to have no effect. I have also pushed the reset button, similarly it has no effect. Any ideas on what might be going on, or how to fix it? @tec_support

What operating system do you use?

I use Windows 10. The board was working normally yesterday, I did not change anything on the board, so there should be no reason for it not to work now.

  1. Please only connect the Orion board (without connecting any sensors and motors) to PC, and take a video to show us how your computer cursor jumping and clicking things.
  2. Have you tried using other PC?

The Me Orion board was broken, I bought a new Me Orion yesterday and now everything is working properly.
