Me Baseboard V1.0 drive 3 stepper motors

Will the Me baseboard V1.0 control 3 stepper motors for three axis setup? I would like to add a Z axis to my XY Plotter V2.0

Normally, the Baseboard could hold 2 stepper motors by RJ25 cable. Actually, if you could do some solder, you could use the pins of Arduino directly. If so, it could 3+ stepper motors
