Mdraw Update Firmware fails

I try to update firmware, and all I get is the message “download failed”.

Alternatively I tried Benbox, but cannot find firmware files there too.

I use Windows 10.

Any ideas?

Hi Emmess,
If your robot XY plotter, please make sure you choose the right device.
Also make sure the robot is connected to mDraw succeed.

sorry, but that is what I did. Connected to the 2 options I had, com1+com2 (each separately before you ask), so each time when connected I tried to upload, never successfull.
