mDraw SW problem

Hi all,
I would like to describe my probleme. I am going to extend the working area of XY plotter V2. Technically it is not a big problem, but problem which I can´t solve is in mDraw side. When I will extend the working area in settings for XY plotter in mDraw let say to 1000 x1000 the square is not visible in left side of the mDraw program.
I woul like to se the extended area of course, because I can´t fix the picture correctly.
it is possible somehow oom in and zoom out working are in mDraw SW? thanks

Sorry，mDraw software drawing area size is fixed, so the size of the visible area of support has been fixed. However, there is a way to change the draw ratio.

0.5 means that graphics are enlarged twice. 2 means that graphics is reduced to 1/2 of the original.

Hi,
thank you for quick answer.Unfortunatelly this can´t fix this issue. It will be challenge to place it correctly and draw it to the canvas with using scale.

I think everybody will be happy when simply zoom in and zoom out to specific place in working area will be possible.
Many people using xyplotter not for drawing pictures, but also for drawing part which will be maybe cutted from the paper…then this feature is really necessary.
It is possible to do that in your side?

If answer is not…Is it possible to use another program to communicate with xy plotter where this key feature is not acur?

Hey I am facing the same error , also the scaling feature is not helping.
