Mcreate Idler Tension

Hi,

Hi There,

I think my printer’s idler tension went off when I take off the filament as it stucked. . I opened the cover and as I see, it’s very loose and gear cannot hold and make the filament travel. Do you have any guidance how to adjust the tension of the idler
