Mcreate error 4

yesterday my mcreate2 3d printer stopped working at 50% of a 5 hour print.
At first appeared a message “…cancelling the task, please wait” and then “Device exception.Try again. Error code 04”.
I tried to update the firmware but the one installed is the latest version (4201002T11).
I hope you can help me.

You can mention people like @CommandeR @Crackel @makeblock.lindingxin, and they may respond quicker. I would try printing again, if the same error occurs, try a shorter print and see if it also fails at 50%. Let me know the results.
