Mbot2 line-follow program wont turn right

Hi,

We’ve got an issue with our mbot2 line not turning right on the sample line-follow program & track.

• We’ve assembled our new mbot2, and triple checked the connections.
• We’ve updated the firmware to latest.
• We can run a simple program to turn the mbot2 in a square (or star etc) which works in both directions, left and right, so the motors seem fine.
• On the example ‘Kp Line Follow’ program included under examples -> mbot2 in mblock, using the track that comes in the mbot2 box: the bot follows the track perfectly when turning left, but when it should turn right it does a little turn left and then goes straight completely off-track.

Any ideas?

Hi - there’s a bug in the mbot2 line follow example program - I’ve posted about it in this post, however I have a separate question: I’ve downloaded the ‘mBot2 Getting Started Activities V1.1’ pdf, and looked around elsewhere on makeblock sites, google etc - and I have found no other references as to how the ‘Kp line follow’ example app works, or where to begin to debug and fix the error (in the left power/right power section).
