Do you mean the mBot2 shield can’t be charged and can provide power to the cyberpi?
Could you remove the cyberpi from mBot2 shield and then switch on the power button on mBot2 shield, then check the led status on the mBot2 shield? If there is a blue light flashes for about 2 seconds?

Yes, I removed cyberpi and switch power button. Blue light flash one time

In this case, the mBot2 shield should be faulty, where did you buy it?
Please contact the shop where you purchased this robot asking for a replacement of the mBot2 shield.

I buyed mBot2 from Hubsan Aircraft. I connected with Hubsan Aircraft and say him about my problem but thay do not want change it.
