Mbot will not move

I can connect via bluetooth, and control led screen, but from remote, and over bluetooth, if I try to turn wheels, mbot just makes three beeps of increasing tone. Ideas?

Hi bepikes, it’s most-likely the battery’s issue, the voltage of the battery is too low to motive the motors. Try to recharge the battery(if you were using rechargeable battery) or change the batteries to ALL brand new ones. No mix of the used and new ones. Let me know if the problem remains.
