Hello i want to ask that can i develop mbot extension or just mblock firm can develop mblock exntension?

in fact i did random numbers with mbot starter, i wrote it with block coding and wih light sensor on mbot starter you know mbot starter dont produce random numbers. I want to make it extesion for using easily for everyone
