mBot Sound / Speaker documentation for MIT App Inventor

Hello,

I have my mBot (bluetooth) working well using MIT App Inventor with the 1.9 plugin. The only thing I can’t track down is any sort of documentation for the PLAYNOTE procedure, specifically the FREQUENCY range. I have guessed that the frequency range is from about 40 Hz to 4000 Hz, but I’m not sure. Also, I can’t get a smooth progression of tones with this procedure moving from 40 to 4000 hz. Can you point me to any documentationj for the frequency range? The mBot Extension for App Inventor 1.9 manual makes no mention of the frequency range.

PS: Attached is an image of my “tester” app which tests everything well, except for the “Play Tone Sequence”.
