mBot Servo Pack - France

Hi everyone,
Bonjour à tous,

I need confirmation of french user, I cannot use the mBot servo Pack with the app on my phone, there’s nothing about the dancing cat or the calibration of the servo ?

J’ai besoin de la confirmation des utilisateur Français, je ne peux pas utiliser le mBot servo Pack avec l’appli sur mon tel, il n’y a rien sur le Dancing Cat ou sur la calibration du servomoteur ?

Hi Romainv,

Which version Makeblock APP do you use? Is it the latest one?
Here we tested the dancing cat form of mBot on the APP after switching the language to french, it looks like everything is normal.

For the issue that there is nothing about the dancing cat, could you please kindly take a video to show your operation and the issue phenomenon?
Also, I am not sure what do you mean by the calibration of the servo, could you make it clearer too?

Btw, may I know what is the model of your mobile device which installed the Makeblock APP?

Hi,
I use Makeblock V3.1.2.2 on a Samsung Galaxy J3 2017.
To be precise, I don’t find :
The control panel for mbot servo pack
How to adjust the servo with software (No fonction : Set servo motor)
How to pilot the servo on a program

Hi Romainv,

We have updated a new version Makeblock APP 3.1.4, you can download and update it in one or two days.
Please kindly check if there is still same issue with the Makeblock 3.1.4 version.

Once there is still the same problem, please kindly take a picture for what you can see after you open the mBot servo pack on the APP?

Besides, if you have other mobile device, please also change the mobile device have a check.

Hi Romainv,

The mBot servo pack has three forms–Dancing Cat, Head-Shaking Cat, Light-Emitting Cat. In the Makeblock 3.1.4, you can see the control panel for each form individually under the Expand.
