mBot Ranger motors are not working

Hey,

I have an Mbot Ranger which is quite old, like multiple years of age. Im not sure when it was first used but probably around 2017-18.

Alas, it has been passed down to me, and I have built it all over again. Im using the mblock app and trying to make the motors move. The wheels arent moving, and theres no sound coming from the motors. I have updated the firmware and app and everything. The lights turn on and speakers work, how do I get the motors working?

P.S. theres these odd blue and red small lights flashing on the back whenever I try to get the robot moving.

Make sure the batteries are fully charged.
Also, try using mBlock PC or mBlock online (https://ide.mblock.cc) to upload code to the ranger. Try with it plugged in, too, to make sure the ranger has power.
And of course, check to make sure that the motor wires are firmly plugged in all the way on both ends of the wire (each end can be unplugged).
