mBot Ranger Bluetooth Control Doesn't work with Custom Program

HI all, I will try to explain my issue in order you to help me.
I bought a mbot ranger in 2017 but now i need to use it again with my little boy.
The fact is that everything goes well, I upload programs and they work. But if i use android app to bluetooth control the ranger it asks and firmware update via Pc. If i do that, my android device connect to ranger and i can move it but I lose the program i uploaded before.
So, Blank firmware… android bluetooth control OK
but owm program uploaded no android bluetooth conection.
Is this normal? Can´t i upload my own program and use makeblock android app via bluetooth?

I don´t know if i explained my issue.

@josebaolaso I understand your issue. This is probably a bug in the makeblock app. Tell makeblock about the problem directly via email here:

The typical response time from makeblock is within two weeks, so it might take a bit.
