Mbot Ranger bluetooth anomaly

Hello all,

I bought for my son a MBOT ranger robot.
I updated firmware, select Bluetooth mode, deselect COM port, disconnect usb cable. When I try to control it using my android application it fails indicating me that the firmware is not compatible.
What it is strange is that when I let connected usb cable, Bluetooth mode Under my android phone works perfectly. I do not undersand. Did anyone have the same problem ??

Hi Boub,
Please make sure your Ranger is running at default program.
To update firmware for Ranger, please install mBlock5 to your computer, you can download from here.
https://www.mblock.cc/en-us/download

After you have installed the software, please following the steps to update firmware for your robot.
1)Connect your robot to the computer with USB cable, open the software and click connect.

2）After connected, go to setting and you will get the option to update firmware.
