Mbot Ranger batteries fall out

Hi all
My daughter received the mbot ranger for Xmas although the batteries are constantly popping out and stopping the robot. Any hints on how to fix? Thanks

Hello Criagnkat, for this kind of situation, our suggestion is to fasten the batteries with hook and loop fasteners, or something like that. Hope this reply helps.
