Mbot Not Recieving Power From Battery Holder (checked the battery holder for voltage with multitester and it is working)

I had an expert check and said that the battery holder is receiving the power of the battery (newly bought batteries as well) through its connector, I don’t know if there is something wrong with the motherboard but it looks perfectly fine and was fully functioning lasts week…

Hi Nev,
When connects with battery (holder), there is no light, how about using usb cable, power light is on?
Could you give me a clear picture of your main board? Please remove the protective cover and take a photo.
When and where did you purchase the mBot?

It turns on when i connect the USB cable so I came up with a conclusion that the defective part is the connector itself
