Mbot not moving with 3.7v lipo

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently got new mbot for my son. Already 2 days we’re testing it, first we started to use battery pack with 4AA batteries everything is ok with it. Today wanted to test it with 3.7v lipo plugged it turned on lights got ON and BEEPED, but mbot does not move any direction , doesn’t react to IR commands. Please let me know what to do with it to use lipo correctly.

Hi, please make sure is it is fully battery.
