Mbot blue front rollerball don't roll

I just bought the mbot blue for my kid and the front rollerball don’t roll.
The mbot still go forward, but a sound of resistance is coming out the front ball and it seems to lower his speed.
Is there anything I can do?

Hi mhebert35,

For the issue that rollerball don’t roll, how do you know it doesn’t roll. Does it roll if you toggle the ball by finger?
A little noise from the caster wheel is normal, could you please take a video to show this issue and the noise?
Besides, you may check if the mini caster wheel and line follower module have been screwed to the Chassis well.

It rolls on my finger but when it is on the floor, it makes a lot of noise.
Mini caster wheen and line follower module have been correctly screwed to the chassis.
I’ll take a video and upload it later soon.
